Shipping
Our products are easy to order and we arrange prompt delivery for you anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. We use Registered Post as method of shipment. Providing us with an address where somebody will available to sign is highly recommended. Your order will be confirmed after your check out and you receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
Invoice
Please save a copy of your invoice for warranty purpose.
Your personal address book
For your convenience we establish a personal address book when you place an order online. The nominated delivery addresses will be saved after checking out from the shopping cart. When ordering next time for the same person or company, you can easily choose the address from your personal address book.
Returns
Your BeBook has a one year warranty. Defects to the goods that are a consequence of improper use, defective maintenance or use for other than normal business purposes or inappropriate use are not covered by the warranty mentioned in 8.1. from our Terms and Conditions. When you experience a problem with your BeBook, first contact us via email or call (02) 8004 3403. We will then discuss options for your return.
