RMA - Return Material Authorization procedure
This explanation is based on one (1) year limited hardware warranty, which provides remedy of defects in materials, design, and workmanship through free repair or replacement of the product. Screen breakage is not covered under warranty. The one year warranty period starts from the date of delivery to the consumer. All product returns must be handled through our RMA Department.
RMA (Return Material Authorization) number request.
First, send a RMA request to support@bebook.net.au. Our RMA department will look into your issue and send you a RMA form. Fill in the RMA form electronically and send back to support@bebook.net.au. With a valid RMA number you can send the product to the address mentioned on the RMA Form, in the original or otherwise suitable packaging including all accessories, the RMA number and proof of purchase (for example the invoice).
Please note: your files could be deleted during the repair, so please make sure you save a copy on your computer!
Repair outside the warranty period
Repair outside the warranty period can be offered at an hourly rate, spare parts en shipping cost excluded, - or according to quotation.
